Directions: Reconstituted imitation flavored barbeque tvp bits have the appearance of cooked chopped beef. For each serving, add 1/2 cup water to 1/4 cup barbeque tvp bits. Cook over medium heat until the excess moisture is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Serve as you would barbeque beef. Also great when cooked with rice.
Ingredients: Textured vegetable protein (soy flour, caramel color), vinegar, tomato powder, soybean oil, sugar, onion powder, salt, natural flavorings, hydrolyzed corn-soy-wheat gluten protein, potassium chloride, autolyzed yeast, spices, extractives of paprika. Contains soy and wheat.
