Add 3 1/3 cups pancake mix to 2 1/2 cups cold water. Do not over mix. Add more water if needed for desired consistency. Preheat oiled skillet or griddle 375�F. Cook pancakes 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Turn on ly once. For waffles add 3 tbsp. of oil.
Bleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour enriched with Niacin, reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), sugar, defatted soy flour (contains soy bean oil, soy lecithin), leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, monocalcium phosphate, dextrose, dried buttermilk, corn starch, salt, dried whole eggs. Contains soy, egg, dairy, and wheat.

*No absorber is placed in can as it reacts with the leavening.
**Because of the leavening in these mixes they may begin to expand in the can. When you use the product it may require adding a small amount of baking powder to mix.
