Directions:
For 2 servings: combine 1/2 cup mixed vegetables with 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Drain, season as desired, and serve. Yields 1 cup cooked mixed vegetables. For softer vegetables, soak in water overnight in the refrigerator before cooking.
