Directions: For 4 2/3 cup prepared servings: Combine 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. butter, 1/2 cup cold milk, and 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add 1 1/3 cups potato flakes. Stir gently with fork to moisten, DO NOT WHIP! Let stand for one minute, then stir gently again. Serve with butter, gravy, or sour cream for desired flavor. NOTE: for creamier mashed potatoes, stir in additional hot water or milk.
Ingredients: Dried Idaho potato flakes, mono and diglycerides from vegetable oil, sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium metabisulfite, citric acid.
