Directions: For cookie sheet size; 9 cups fudge brownie mix and 1 1/2 cups hot water. For rectangle size cake pan: 4 1/2 cups mix to 3/4 cup hot water. Place dry mix in bowl. Using a paddle slowly, add hot water, and mix 1 minute on low speed. Scrape down. Do not over mix. Add nutmeats if desired. Mix for 30 seconds in low speed. Bake at 350�F for 25 minutes until done. For cake like brownies; add small amount of extra water.
Ingredients: Sugar, bleached enriched flour (wheat flour enriched with niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), corn syrup solids, vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean oil), cocoa (processed with alkali), dextrose, dried egg whites, salt, mono and diglycerides, wheat starch, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate), natural and artificial flavor (milk), dried egg yolks.
