Directions: In a large sauce pan add 2 cups water, 1/2 cup milk, 2 oz noodles (2/3 cup) and 1/2 cup stroganoff gravy meat mix. Heat to a boil stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally or until noodles are tender. Remove from heat, uncover, and let stand about 5 minutes or allowing sauce to thicken. Stir before serving. Yields: 2 servings.
